Mud Vacuum

With this vacuum we have achieved a product that is user friendly, making it possible to accomplish the task that it is provided for.

These powerful units provide a clean, safe work environment when drilling with oil-based drilling fluid. They are fully automatic so that manifold stations may be set up on the floor, pumphouse and cellar. The manifold stations allow you to turn the vacuum on & off from right where you are working simply by opening & closing a valve. Thus, eliminating the need to drag hoses and do laps around the location to turn the unit on/off.

Further to this, these units are designed to contain & recover it's own exhaust oil & any spill that may occur on the unit itself. In essence, this machine is a user-friendly, self-contained central vac system designed specifically for the drilling industry.

The following items are included with every vacuum:

• (1) 2” valve manifold
• (1) 2” multi-manifold
• (1) 3” discharge hook
• (1) 3” 50’ camlock hose
• (4) 2” 50’ camlock hoses
• (1) vacuum wand & 20’ 2” hose extension

These units come with 150 feet of electrical cord and operate on 460v 3-phase power.
