Dryer System

The elliptacle dryer system is designed specifically as a dryer and will achieve dryer cuttings than a linear shaker used as a dryer. This unit will recover expensive drilling fluid, which in turn, will reduce drilling fluid costs and lower cleanup costs. The following items will be provided with this unit:

• 5m3 Insert Tank
• Fluid Pump
• Shale Tank
• Optional Insert Tank Enclosures
• Pre-fit tank ladders are provided for safe and speedy access
• Insert tank faces are built with a false wall to allow shaker to hang out, preventing cuttings from returning to insert tank.
• Shale slides are designed to handle two shakers (or one). They are fully adjustable to allow for the smallest all the way up to the largest of mud tanks.
• The insert tank has a built in steam coil to keep fluid from becoming too viscous during those cold winter months.
• Dryer is equipped with quick change screen system.

These units come with 125 feet of electrical cord and operate on 460 volt 3-phase power.
